Why Texas equipment moves well

Our interest in Spring is not generic coverage — it is that Texas is our highest-volume state. Freight runs I-10, I-20, I-35 and I-45 with the Ports of Houston, Beaumont, Corpus Christi and Brownsville all handling our heavy-lift and export loads.

Why a mid-size city like Spring is easy for us

Mid-size markets are frequently where the best-value equipment sits, because there is less local competition bidding on it. A well-maintained padmount or a copper-wound dry-type out of a Spring plant or school district often carries strong resale value and simply has not had a buyer with a truck show up. Single units and small lots

You do not need a yard full of equipment to get our attention here. One 750 kVA padmount, three pole-mount cans on pallets, a pair of dry-types out of a mechanical room — we will quote it and we will schedule it. If a single small unit does not justify a dedicated truck immediately, we will tell you honestly and either hold it for the next Texas run or price it to move now.

How a Spring removal actually runs

The sequence is consistent. You send the nameplate and a few site photographs. We return a firm number, usually the same day. On acceptance we schedule against your window and send you insurance documentation and a bill of sale in advance. Our crew arrives in Spring, cuts and caps conduit, breaks the unit loose from its pad or anchors, rigs and lifts it onto the trailer, and leaves the pad broom-clean with anchor bolts cut flush. Your funds go out before any of that happens — we do not load equipment we have not already paid for in full.

New transformer lead times have stayed long enough that used and surplus equipment holds unusually firm value. Buyers who need capacity in months rather than years will pay for a tested used unit.
