Utility territory in and around Granite Shoals is served by Oncor, CenterPoint Energy, AEP Texas, Austin Energy, and the equipment those systems retire tends to be standard voltage-class distribution gear with good documentation. Beyond the utilities, Texas generates transformer turnover through the Gulf Coast petrochemical complex from Houston to Beaumont, Permian Basin oil and gas, semiconductor fabrication in Austin, very large data center construction across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and the largest wind and solar fleet in the country. Where a unit will not fit through the opening it came in through, we handle door-frame removal, wall coring or on-site disassembly. Where the street must be occupied, we pull the permit. None of that is billed back to you.
