Why Pennsylvania equipment moves well

Our interest in Trooper is not generic coverage — it is that Pennsylvania's old industrial base means a high proportion of pre-1980 oil-filled units, which we are equipped to handle including PCB testing and manifested disposal. The industrial base here spans steel and specialty metals in the west, natural gas production and processing in the Marcellus, pharmaceutical and chemical plants in the southeast, and very large warehouse and logistics development, and equipment out of those facilities is usually well specified and worth recovering rather than scrapping. None of that is billed back to you.

Resale value versus scrap weight
