Our interest in Fort Bragg is not generic coverage — it is that California's solar repowering activity and aggressive grid-modernization spending release more surplus transformer capacity than any other state, and the environmental documentation requirements are the strictest — both of which suit how we work. Where a unit will not fit through the opening it came in through, we handle door-frame removal, wall coring or on-site disassembly. Where the street must be occupied, we pull the permit. None of that is billed back to you.
